Whistleblowing Policy for Psychologistics

1. Purpose

This policy is designed to encourage individuals to report concerns related to malpractice, misconduct, or unethical behavior within Psychologistics and its affiliated projects such as Pia-Support and 21st Scentury Perfume Tonics.

2. Scope

Applies to all employees, contractors, volunteers, and associates engaged with Psychologistics, covering all operational, digital, and interpersonal aspects of our work.

3. What Can Be Reported

– Criminal offences or breaches of law
– Fraud, corruption, or financial irregularities
– Safeguarding violations or risks to vulnerable individuals
– Discrimination or harassment
– Health and safety risks
– Environmental damage
– Any unethical, dishonest, or improper conduct

4. Reporting Channels

Concerns should be reported in the first instance to the Principal Director Pia Madison. Reports can be made verbally or in writing and will be handled in confidence.

5. Confidentiality and Protection

– Whistleblowers will be protected from retaliation, discrimination, or disadvantage.
– Identities will remain confidential unless disclosure is legally required.
– No one will suffer detriment for raising concerns in good faith.

6. Investigation Procedure

All reports will be investigated thoroughly and fairly. Where necessary, external advisors may be engaged. Outcomes will be communicated to the whistleblower where appropriate.

7. False Allegations

Deliberate misuse of this policy through false or malicious reports will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.

8. Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it reflects current best practice and legal compliance.
