Psychologistics is a discipline devoted to the interpretation of human behaviour in environments where judgement, perception and relational dynamics shape real-world outcomes. Founded by Pia Madison, the discipline explores how individuals interpret situations, respond under pressure and navigate complex human environments where decisions often carry lasting consequence. Through Applied Psychologistics and the behavioural frameworks developed within it, the aim is to strengthen behavioural awareness, relational insight and the quality of human judgement across professional environments where understanding human behaviour matters.
About Pia – Founder Identity
Pia Madison is the Founder of Psychologistics and the designer of behavioural insight frameworks including S.P.A.C.E., Wayfinder and the WOW Behavioural Index. Her work explores behavioural interpretation, relational awareness and the turning points that shape human decision-making across complex social environments. She also serves as a Scrutiny Panellist with West Yorkshire Police.
Founder’s Note
Psychologistics emerged from many years of observing how human beings interpret one another under pressure. In professional environments where judgement matters — whether in leadership, safeguarding, policing or justice systems — the quality of behavioural interpretation can shape outcomes in profound ways. Psychologistics therefore developed as an attempt to strengthen the discipline of behavioural interpretation.

Rescheduling and Cancellation of Appointments:
In the case of individual Face to Face Sessions if you need to change or cancel your appointment, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible. Knowing in advance means we can offer your appointment slot to someone else. Failure to do so, could result in being asked to pay a cancellation fee of £40 ( A minimum of 48 hrs cancellation notice required).
