2. Scope

Applies to all employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, and associates who represent or mention Psychologistics on any digital platform.

3. Principles of Social Media Use

– Represent the brand with integrity, respect, and professionalism.
– Avoid disclosing confidential or proprietary information.
– Refrain from engaging in online disputes or controversial discussions under the Psychologistics name.
– All posts should align with the mission and values of the organization.

4. Branding & Messaging

– Consistent use of logos, names, and hashtags must be maintained.
– Official posts must be approved by the Principal Director or designated communications lead.

5. Crisis Communication

In the event of a reputational issue or media inquiry, only designated individuals may respond to press or public concern. All such matters should be escalated directly to the Principal Director.

6. Use of Personal Accounts

When discussing professional matters on personal accounts, individuals must include a disclaimer that their views do not represent those of Psychologistics.
