Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy for Psychologistics
1. Purpose
This policy outlines how Psychologistics protects and manages its intellectual property (IP), including but not limited to Pia-Support, 21st Scentury Perfume Tonics, written materials, branding, and digital products.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, collaborators, and representatives of Psychologistics.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property created during the course of work or commission for Psychologistics remains the sole property of the organization unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Use of IP
No part of Psychologistics’ IP—including content, brand assets, logos, methodologies, and product designs—may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
5. Third-Party IP
We respect the IP rights of others and require that all third-party content or media used in Psychologistics materials be properly licensed or credited.
6. Infringement
If intellectual property belonging to Psychologistics is misused or infringed upon, legal action may be pursued. Any suspicion of IP misuse should be reported to the Principal Director.
7. Review and Updates
This policy is reviewed annually and updated to remain in compliance with intellectual property laws and best practices.
