Anti-Harassment & Anti-Bullying Policy for Psychologistics
1. Purpose
This policy outlines Psychologistics’ commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, free from all forms of harassment, bullying, and intimidation.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all individuals involved with Psychologistics — including staff, volunteers, contractors, clients, and community members — across all platforms including the Pia-Support app, live sessions, social media, and public events.
3. Definitions
– Harassment: Unwanted conduct that violates a person’s dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment.
– Bullying: Repeated or persistent behavior that is intended to hurt someone emotionally or physically.
– Cyberbullying: Bullying that takes place over digital platforms including apps, email, and social media.
4. Our Commitments
– Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior.
– Timely and appropriate action in response to all reported incidents.
– Support for individuals affected by such behavior.
– Education and awareness through training and open dialogue.
5. Reporting Procedure
All concerns should be reported to the Principal Director or designated safeguarding lead. Reports will be handled sensitively, confidentially, and in line with our safeguarding policy.
6. Consequences of Breach
Any individual found in breach of this policy may face disciplinary action, including dismissal, suspension from services, or removal from community groups.
7. Review and Amendments
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it reflects current legal and ethical standards.
